This is a draft terms of service for Merol Loop and needs legal review before launch.

The service

Merol Loop creates custom loop animations for digital signage. We deliver screen-ready files based on the plan you choose.

Plans and payment

One-Time is a single project. Essential and Apex are monthly plans that renew until you cancel. You can cancel a monthly plan anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.

Revisions

One-Time includes two revision rounds. Essential and Apex include unlimited revisions within the active plan. We work with you until the animation is right.

Ownership

Once delivered and paid for, the animations are yours to keep and replay. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What we need from you

You are responsible for having the rights to any logos, images, or brand assets you send us to use in your animations.

Turnaround

Turnaround times are targets measured in business days and depend on timely feedback from you.
