What format do I get my animations in?
MP4, MOV, or HTML5. Tell us what system runs your screens and we deliver the exact specs it needs — resolution, codec, and duration.
How long does each animation last?
Most loops run 15 to 30 seconds and are built to repeat cleanly, with no visible cut. If you need a specific length, tell us and we build to it.
Can I request changes after the first draft?
Yes. One-Time projects include 2 revision rounds. On Essential and Apex, revisions are unlimited — we iterate until it is right.
Do you work with my signage software?
Yes — OptiSigns, Yodeck, ScreenCloud, Rise Vision, and more. If your screen can play a video, it can play your loop.
What if I need something last minute?
Apex includes a 24-hour turnaround as standard. On Essential we do our best on rush requests and will always tell you what is realistic.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans renew month to month and you can cancel anytime. One-Time is a single project with no strings.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, your colors, and what you want to promote. No formal brief, no design skills — we take it from there.
Who owns the animations?
You do. The files are yours to keep and replay for as long as you want.
Can you do vertical screens?
Yes. We build in 16:9, 9:16, and 4:3, matched to each screen you have — menu boards, window standees, or legacy TVs.
Do you use AI?
No. Every loop is drawn and animated by a human in After Effects. No templates, no generators.
